Linen, hemp,
cotton, silk & blends.
Woven since 1995.
A textile house,
not a trader
with a loom.
Govardhan operates a vertically-integrated weaving operation — from yarn receipt and quality check, through warping and weaving on our own looms, to inspection and dispatch. Yarn dyeing and fabric finishing are handled through certified facilities under our scope, preserving full chain-of-custody from incoming yarn to finished cloth.
See our capabilities →Multi-fibre weaving
Linen, hemp, bamboo, cotton, silk, and certified blends. Long-line wet-spun and tow dry-spun yarns across the count range. Three decades of fibre handling experience.
Wide-width & standard
Standard widths for apparel and shirting through to wide-width constructions for home textiles and drapery. Solids, stripes, checks, dobbies, and jacquards.
Certified value chain
GOTS, OCS, GRS, and OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100. Full chain-of-custody from yarn receipt through finished fabric dispatch, with subcontracted dyeing and finishing under our scope.
Seven stages,
one continuous chain.
From the moment yarn arrives at our plant to the moment finished cloth leaves it, every stage of our process is documented, traceable, and auditable as part of our certification scope. This is what a vertically-integrated textile house looks like in practice.

Home textile brands,
apparel makers,
export converters.
We supply fabric to businesses that turn it into finished goods — home furnishing brands, heritage fabric houses, apparel manufacturers, ready-made garment exporters, and retail or designer fabric converters. Our footprint spans Coimbatore, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Delhi, with international export capability built up over three decades of trade.
We don't publish our customer list. Customer relationships are private, and our clients prefer it that way. What we will publish is the compliance framework we're audit-ready against — and that's the framework your buyer will care about.
